From: Barla Santosh, Gacsol [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: SAP Plant (PM) & Equipment Management (EM) Specialist Location: Cincinnati, OH (onsite) JOB DESCRIPTION Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Plant and Equipment Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing the Plant Maintenance (PM) and Equipment Management (EM) modules in SAP. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance asset management, ensure system optimization, and drive operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Customization: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PM/EM modules. Customize workflows and reports to meet business needs for equipment maintenance, asset management, and downtime tracking. Asset Lifecycle Management: Manage equipment master data and support end-to-end lifecycle processes, including acquisition, maintenance, and decommissioning. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies within SAP. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with operations, maintenance, and IT teams to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements. Provide technical guidance and training to users on the effective use of SAP PM/EM functionalities. System Optimization: Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce downtime. Integrate SAP PM with other modules such as MM, PP, and FICO for seamless operations. Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain KPIs for maintenance management, asset reliability, and operational performance. Generate reports on equipment performance, cost analysis, and compliance with maintenance schedules. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for SAP PM/EM issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize operational disruptions. Stay updated with SAP releases and implement relevant updates and patches. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and/or Equipment Management (EM) modules. Strong knowledge of asset management principles and maintenance strategies. Proficiency in SAP configuration, master data management, and integration with other modules. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Skills: Certification in SAP Plant Maintenance or a related module. Familiarity with EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) tools and IoT integrations. Understanding of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and total productive maintenance (TPM) concepts. Experience with change management and user training.
