JD: Job Brief Stixis is looking for an experienced WFM Lead to oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Kronos Workforce Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UKG Workforce Central/Dimensions, along with leadership skills to manage projects, provide strategic direction, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance workforce operations and cross-functional teams, including onshore and offshore teams, to enhance system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with business needs. Required Skills 7+ years of experience working with Kronos (UKG) Workforce Central/Dimensions. Expertise in Kronos configuration, customization, and integrations. Strong knowledge of pay rules, accruals, scheduling, and timekeeping. Experience leading Kronos implementations, upgrades, or migrations. Proficiency in SQL, API integrations, and troubleshooting system issues. Proven experience working in a global delivery model with onshore and offshore teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of UKG Pro Manage system configurations, upgrades, and enhancements. Provide technical and functional leadership for Kronos modules, including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Leave Management, and Payroll Interface. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with UKG support when needed. Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to align Kronos solutions with business objectives. Develop and deliver training to end-users and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies through accurate system configuration. Generate and analyze workforce reports using Kronos Analytics. Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless system support and project execution. Act as a bridge between business users, technical teams, and offshore support teams to resolve system issues efficiently. Manage task distribution across global teams and ensure timely project deliverables. Collaborate across time zones to provide 24/7 system support and enhancements. Educational Qualification Bachelors/Masters degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
