The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Workday HCM, including experience in developing custom solutions, configuring Workday modules, and supporting integration efforts. This remote position may require occasional travel to client sites in NJ and Paris. Workday Certification (mandatory). Experience with HCM Core and Compensation (Core & Advanced Comp) modules within Workday. Proven experience developing in Workday, including custom reports, calculated fields, and integrations. Strong understanding of Workdays HCM architecture and capabilities. Ability to collaborate effectively with functional teams to ensure the technical solution meets business requirements. Solid knowledge of Workday reporting tools and tools like Workday Studio. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other Workday modules or third-party integrations. Experience in a lead or senior developer role. Experience in a global Workday environment. Additional Information: This is a remote position, with the possibility of travel to client sites in NJ or Paris for meetings and go-lives. Ideal candidates will be proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
