Ensure data security and compliance with industry regulations like HIPAA, GDPR, or SOX. Generate and distribute transaction reports and provide support to end-users and partners for EDI-related queries. Coordinate with vendors for system maintenance or enhancements and serve as the main contact for trading partners.
