Local or candidates from Nearby states only. 15+ experience Job Description: Should have 15+ experience in User Experience Designer & Research Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, end-users, and other stakeholders to understand their requirement and ensure design decisions support business objectives and align with client branding Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and principles Expertise in user research techniques like interviews, surveys, and usability testing User research: Conduct comprehensive user research to gather insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Develop and implement comprehensive UX design strategies aligned with business goals, including information architecture, user flows, and interaction design. Persona development: Create detailed user personas to guide design decisions and ensure they align with user needs. User journey mapping: Define out user journeys to identify key touchpoints and areas for improvement. Strategy development: Formulate and implement UX strategies that enhance user onboarding, increase product adoption, and ensure seamless feature integration. Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, providing feedback, coaching, and assigning tasks.
