Job Role: Senior Android Developer Location: Fort Mill, SC (Onsite ) Duration: 12+ Month Responsibilities: Lead Mobile Development Efforts: Oversee the end-to-end development process for mobile applications, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery for both Android Developer. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of mobile developers, fostering a collaborative environment focused on growth and excellence. Define Mobile Strategy and Roadmap: Work with product, design, and engineering teams to define the mobile product roadmap, prioritize features, and translate requirements into technical solutions. Ensure Code Quality and Best Practices: Implement coding standards, best practices, and code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code across all mobile projects. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, backend developers, and QA to ensure a seamless and integrated user experience. Optimize Performance and Scalability: Lead efforts to improve application performance, stability, and responsiveness, ensuring a smooth user experience across different devices and platforms. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain technical documentation, provide regular project updates to stakeholders, and report on key metrics and performance indicators. Requirements: Experience: 5+ years of experience in mobile application development (Android), with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role. Proficiency in Mobile Development: Strong hands-on experience with Android (Kotlin, Java) development frameworks. Cross-Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with cross-platform tools (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is a plus. Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers, with a strong focus on mentorship and team growth. Agile and Project Management Skills: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in managing sprints, tasks, and timelines. UI/UX Collaboration: Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to work closely with design teams to translate mockups into functional and visually appealing apps. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
