Position: ServiceNow HRSD Consultant Location: Malvern, PA (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Job Description: Analyze and document current enterprise journeys (e.g., Onboarding, Offboarding, Employee Movement) across HR, IT, Global Workplace Experience, and Finance, identifying pain and friction points for employees. Perform a fit-gap analysis to document the differences between the current state and ServiceNow out-of-the-box (OOTB) journeys, with the goal of addressing pain points using OOTB functionality. Meet with business journey owners and HRSD workstream leads to gain a comprehensive understanding of each enterprise journey, identifying challenges and opportunities. Based on the gap analysis, create a detailed implementation roadmap for each enterprise journey, outlining how Vanguard can unlock value across the organization. Develop a step-by-step action plan for each division to prepare for the enterprise rollout. Once the implementation roadmap is approved, create HR requirements, epics, and agile stories for the implementation partner to configure in ServiceNow during Q3/Q4 2025. Goal is to build a backlog that has 6+ months of work teed up for our implementation team Collaborate with change management and process specialists to prepare the HR Center of Excellence (COE) for the go-live of the enterprise journeys Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required. ---- Thanks & Regards Akilesh Kumar iTech US Inc Email : [email protected] Go Green!
