Please forward your updated resume to [email protected] JOB DESCRIPTION:- Role:- FinTech Business Analyst / BSA Remote EST preference Long term Top Must Have's: 8+ years of Payments/Fintech experience Experience of ISO20022, SWIFT Messaging System, Payments Message Conversion SQL experience Fedwire & CHIPS Required Skills:- Business Analyst with Experience in FinTech, Working with Payments (SwiftMT, MX hands-on experience, Fed/Chips, ACHNACHA formats), and Securities messages/ Securities domain. Technical Knowledge (Must) - JIRA, Confluence, Strong SQL skills, Data Analysis skills, Agile Experience/ Agile ceremonies (Epics, Stories, Working in Scrum/Sprint), Python (good to have) Strong stakeholder management experience experience working with business users and managing them efficiently. Ideation/analysis to help define the high-level approach As a BSA, should be able to comprehend the Business requirements and create necessary documentation for Business team approval and Cross blocks: * Understand the scope of work, and configuration changes and provide estimates * Create User stories and Business Use cases for the Requirements * Provide support for the Development team and Testing phases Thanks & Regards ..
