Title: Banner ERP Application Support Analyst
Duration: 6 months+
Location: 3 days onsite a week  - NYC
MOI: Skype
The resource would be expected to handle/have knowledge of the following:
1.              Manage/Process IT Service Desk (ServiceNow) queue for the team
2.              Banner (Student, Finance, HR/Payroll, CRM Advance) Knowledge
3.              SQL/PSQL Knowledge
4.              Banner FGAC/SDE
5.              Knowledge of Banner Roles/Classes
6.              Create Ellucian cases /follow up on them
7.              APPWORX creation of jobs and maintenance 
8.              Weekend upgrade maintenance- management of event/testing testing (Oracle patching OS patching)
9.              Troubleshoot non-production and production Banner issues (for example issues with the data and software)
10.            Validation after Banner production to non-prod clones
11.            Creating and updating documentation
12.            DocuSign Knowledge
13.            Manage PowerFAIDS Security
