This role involves working collaboratively with UX designers, developers, and product teams to deliver innovative and seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of design aesthetics, expertise in interactive tools and technologies, and a deep understanding of how to create meaningful digital interactions. Responsibilities: Interactive Design and Development: Design compelling interactive experiences that align with user needs and business goals. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital platforms. Develop interactive elements such as animations, transitions, and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement. User-Centered Design Approach: Apply user-centered design principles to ensure interfaces are intuitive and user-friendly. Collaborate with UX researchers to incorporate user insights into design decisions. Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and data analysis. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with developers to ensure the design vision is effectively implemented. Partner with product managers and stakeholders to align designs with product goals. Coordinate with marketing teams to maintain brand consistency across digital platforms. Tool Proficiency and Asset Development: Use design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for creating assets and prototypes. Create and export production-ready assets for development teams. Maintain and update style guides and design systems to ensure design consistency. Innovation and Trends: Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in interactive design and user interface development. Experiment with emerging technologies such as VR/AR, responsive design, and interactive media. Propose innovative solutions to improve the interactivity and engagement of digital platforms. Quality Assurance and Optimization: Test interactive elements to ensure functionality and consistency across devices and platforms. Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and usability. Address feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to achieve optimal results. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, Web Design, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as an Interactive Designer, UI Designer, or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing interactive design projects for web, mobile, and other digital platforms. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar. Understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Expertise in creating interactive elements, animations, and transitions. Strong knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles. Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines (e.g., WCAG).
