Job Title: SAP Ariba Consultant Job Type: Contract Visa Type: H1B,USC (GC Of 13+yr With PP No.) REMOTE ROLEJob Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Consultant with a strong technical background to implement, configure, and support SAP Ariba solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying, integrating, and optimizing SAP Ariba with other enterprise applications. You will leverage your technical expertise in Ariba Object Model, Java, SQL, Scripting Languages, and Azure DevOps to support the solution lifecycle from design to implementation.Key Responsibilities: Ariba Object Model: Utilize your expertise in the SAP Ariba Object Model to configure and extend SAP Ariba applications and integrate them with other systems effectively. Customization & Configuration: Customize SAP Ariba modules based on business needs and implement required workflows, utilizing Java code and SQL queries to support complex logic and data processing. Scripting & Development: Write and implement scripts to automate processes, improve system efficiency, and enable integration across different platforms. Azure DevOps: Use Azure DevOps for source control, build, and release management to maintain code integrity and streamline deployment pipelines. API Integration: Work with APIs to integrate SAP Ariba with third-party systems and ERPs (e.g., PeopleSoft), ensuring seamless communication and data flow across platforms. Interface Management: Manage data interfaces between SAP Ariba and other systems, troubleshooting and resolving any integration issues. Business Process Management: Understand and implement Business Processes (BP) and associated services to optimize procurement workflows in SAP Ariba. ERP Experience: Work with various ERPs, with a preference for experience with PeopleSoft, to enable integration between SAP Ariba and back-end systems. Testing & Support: Lead functional testing, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide post-implementation support to ensure optimal system performance. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure that SAP Ariba solutions meet the required business and technical requirements.Required Skills and Experience: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 4-6 years of experience with SAP Ariba, including implementation, integration, and customization. Strong experience with Ariba Object Model for system configuration and extension. Proficiency in Java for custom coding and integration with SAP Ariba. In-depth knowledge of SQL for writing queries and handling data integration. Experience with Scripting Languages (e.g., JavaScript, Groovy, or Python) for process automation and custom workflows. Experience with Azure DevOps for code management, CI/CD pipelines, and release management. Hands-on experience in API integration with SAP Ariba and other third-party applications. Familiarity with Business Processes (BP) and associated services within SAP Ariba. ERP Experience: Experience working with ERPs, preferably PeopleSoft, and understanding how to integrate these systems with SAP Ariba. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
