Perform a fit-gap analysis to document the differences between the current state and ServiceNows out-of-the-box (OOTB) journeys, with the goal of addressing pain points using OOTB functionality. Meet with business journey owners and HRSD workstream leads to gain a comprehensive understanding of each enterprise journey, identifying challenges and opportunities. Based on the gap analysis, create a detailed implementation roadmap for each enterprise journey, outlining how Vanguard can unlock value across the organization. Develop a step-by-step action plan for each division to prepare for the enterprise rollout. Once the implementation roadmap is approved, create HR requirements, epics, and agile stories for the implementation partner to configure in ServiceNow during Q3/Q4 2025.
