Expert in configuration of letters and generation of letters for outbound electronic communication. Strong experience and willingness to accurately document through out the full life cycle of the change, defect, and implementation project, includinguser story creation, test strategy, testing, test results. Ability to present the change to leadership along with impact assessment. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (U.S.A.) MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (required).
