Resume should be of maximum 4-5 pages. About the Role: iSphere is seeking an ERP Hypercare Lead to drive the success of our large-scale ERP transformation program. This high-impact role requires a dynamic professional who can effectively manage high-volume ticketing environments (thousands per day), engage with C-level executives, and ensure smooth Hypercare operations. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex ERP environments, synthesizing key insights for leadership updates, and ensuring seamless operational support. This role is based in Houston, TX, with a hybrid work model requiring presence at our Sugar Land office. Key Responsibilities: Lead ERP Hypercare Operations: Manage large-scale ticketing environments with thousands of daily tickets, ensuring timely resolution and continuous process improvement. Executive-Level Communication: Provide C-level leadership with clear, data-driven updates on Hypercare performance, key risks, and resolution strategies. Stakeholder Engagement: Work cross-functionally with IT, project management, change management, training, continuous improvement, and communications teams to align on priorities. Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Identify critical challenges within Hypercare processes and implement effective solutions to minimize disruptions. Performance Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and present status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries using tools like SmartSheet, Excel, and PowerPoint. Process Documentation & Best Practices: Create and maintain Hypercare playbooks, workflows, and knowledge-sharing materials to enhance operational efficiency. Change Management & Continuous Improvement: Ensure alignment with transformation goals, drive adoption of best practices, and enhance end-user support models. Customer-Centric Approach: Act as a trusted advisor to business users, proactively addressing concerns and feedback to improve system adoption and user experience. Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience leading large-scale ERP Hypercare initiatives, with a focus on managing thousands of tickets per day. Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to translate complex issues into actionable insights for C-level stakeholders. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and deep knowledge of post-go-live support models. Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, manage competing priorities, and adapt to evolving project needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams) and dashboard/reporting tools like SmartSheet. Experience in change management, continuous improvement, and IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.
