Need LinkedIn. About the Role: Client is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft ERP Architect with deep expertise in PeopleSoft Financials, HR, Data Integration, and ERP implementations. This role is ideal for a highly skilled IT leader with hands-on technical experience, the ability to manage complex integrations, and the communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities: ERP Architecture & Integration: Design and implement PeopleSoft Financials & HR solutions, ensuring seamless data integration, conversion, and reporting. Technical Leadership: Lead development teams in ERP upgrades, customizations, and system optimizations. Data Strategy & Conversion: Develop and oversee data warehouse solutions, financial/payroll integrations, and system testing. Process Efficiency & Testing: Manage system readiness, testing phases (UAT, system integration), and deployment planning. Collaboration & Communication: Engage with CIOs, CFOs, developers, and functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs. PeopleTools & Modernization: Utilize PeopleTools 8.59+, Fluid Page Development, and emerging ERP trends to enhance system functionality. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of PeopleSoft ERP experience (Financials & HR). Strong technical, management, and architectural background in IT. 7+ years of communication experience, engaging across all organizational levels. 7+ years experience with data integration, business intelligence, and system testing. Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Visio, and Smartsheet. Proven ability to optimize ERP performance, reduce wait times, and streamline workflows. Preferred Qualifications: State of Florida or Government ERP experience (7+ years preferred). PeopleSoft in public sector environments (State, County, Higher Ed 11+ years). Experience implementing financial/payroll systems, data warehouses, and ERP testing frameworks. Familiarity with PeopleTools 8.59+ and Fluid Page Development.
