Real-Time Data Processing: Hands-on experience with streaming technologies such as Apache Kafka, Spark Streaming, Flink, Pulsar, or similar tools. Batch Processing & ETL/ELT: Strong knowledge of data transformation frameworks such as Airflow, dbt, Prefect, Glue, or others. Modern Data Warehousing: Expertise in cloud platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift to implement scalable data lakes/warehouses. Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, Java, or Scala for data processing, modeling, and pipeline automation. Data Modeling: Advanced understanding of dimensional modeling, NoSQL, and normalized structures. Behavioral & Analytics Data Expertise Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and downstream analytics/attribution tools (Braze, Branch, Amplitude, Treasure Data, Marigold). Proven ability to design solutions for behavioral tracking, customer analytics, and event-based architectures. Knowledge of tools and frameworks for customer attribution modeling, user journey analytics, and campaign effectiveness measurement. Data Governance & Compliance In-depth knowledge of data governance frameworks, including metadata management, privacy-first architectures, and compliance mandates (GDPR, CCPA etc.). Proven ability to establish processes for data quality monitoring and error handling in large-scale environments. Industry Knowledge Experience in industries like Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), e-commerce, or consumer analytics is preferred. Familiarity with high-volume, low-latency systems that serve millions of daily active users.
