Detail-oriented. Organized. Responsibilities: Work with TMS operations/industrial engineering etc. to understand the current business process. Analyze and understand the issue/pain points with current business process and the value that a solution would add. Work with the TMS operations/business team to define the scope of the effort and map out the desired to be process. Consult with development and technical teams to confirm feasibility of the desired solution and level of effort.
