Title: Observability & Service Reliability Engineer / SLO Engineer Location: Dallas, TX - Day 1 Onsite Duration: Long Term Contract Must Haves: SLOs, APM Tool, Writing SQL Queries, Grafana / Tableau / PowerBi Description: Should be able to monitor application logs and analyze the incoming data to understand the trends Should be able to collaborate with different teams (DEV/Support) to define SLOs (SLOs are the concrete targets that define what "reliable" means for a service. They translate abstract concepts like "uptime" into measurable goals) Should have prior experience in atleast one APM tool - e.g. Dynatrace, NewRelic or Appdynamics Should focus on meeting the SLOs, so that improvements are impactful Responsible for ensuring that proper monitoring and tooling are in place to accurately measure SLOs. Should be able to write SQLs to pull the relevant data for the metrics Should be able to publish the data trends into manual reports or dashboards using Grafana, Tableau or PowerBI (tools agnostic) Should be able to look closely at the data inconsistencies and alert the required teams to help with reconciliation efforts Good to have Telecom experience working in a Data Analyst role Keywords: Texas |
