Title: SAP PTP Lead Location: Bay Area, CA Local only Job Type: 12 Months Contract Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP PTP processes, including procurement, vendor management, and invoice processing. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify gaps, and propose SAP solutions. Manage and configure SAP MM, PTP, and integration with SAP FI and SRM modules. Ensure seamless integration of PTP processes with other SAP modules such as SD, WM, and PP. Provide leadership and guidance to SAP project teams during full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, and upgrades. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to procurement, purchase orders, goods receipt, and invoice management. Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops for end-users and internal teams. Collaborate with IT and business units to streamline and optimize PTP processes for efficiency and cost reduction. Stay updated on SAP innovations, S/4HANA migration strategies, and industry best practices. Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements. Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of experience in SAP MM/PTP module implementation and support. Strong expertise in procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, release strategies, and invoice verification. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PTP functionalities is preferred. Experience with SAP Ariba, SRM, or third-party procurement tools is a plus. Deep understanding of integration between SAP PTP and other modules (FI, SD, WM, PP). Proven experience leading SAP PTP implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. SAP Certification in PTP/MM is a plus. Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. SAP MM/PTP certification (preferred).
