They translate abstract concepts like "uptime" into measurable goals) Should have prior experience in atleast one APM tool - e.g. Dynatrace, NewRelic or Appdynamics Should focus on meeting the SLOs, so that improvements are impactful Responsible for ensuring that proper monitoring and tooling are in place to accurately measure SLOs.
