Using resources from Jira, and various other tools to understand customer interactions, errors, reliability issues, etc. to provide an analysis and read out on performance of this XUMOTV product Skills: Minimum of 2 years, ideally in the 2-5 years of experience Data analyst looking for experience with data exploration skills and tools Tableau, list queries, elastic queries, SQL, MS Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint). Collecting the data, identifying trends, and visualizing the data.
