Data Analyst Location: Highly preferred onsite in Atlanta, GA. Open to remote if it is correct candidate. EX Cognizant preferred and need only candidates Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Data Analyst (SDA) to join our team. This role is pivotal in transforming raw data into actionable insights through advanced statistical analysis, data storytelling, and a strong understanding of business strategy. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying opportunities, solving complex problems, and communicating findings to drive data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities: . Analyze large datasets to identify trends, perform outlier detection, and generate actionable insights. . Conduct advanced statistical analyses, including regression modeling, hypothesis testing, and exploratory data analysis, to address business questions. . Develop compelling narratives from data insights, articulating business implications, opportunities, and next steps. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key business questions and provide solutions through data-driven approaches. . Create and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data efficiently. . Use Python or R for advanced data manipulation and statistical modeling. . Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and other experimentation methodologies to measure impact. . Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through visualizations and presentations. Years of Experience: 13.00 Years of Experience Qualifications: . Proficiency in SQL and either Python or R. . Strong statistical foundation, with experience in regression, outlier detection, and hypothesis testing. . 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field itself . Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline. . Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in an understandable manner. . Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality. . Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Top Skills . SQL .
