Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including new modules and enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), ITSM (IT Service Management), ITOM (IT Operations Management), GRC-CAM (Governance, Risk, and Compliance - Continuous Authorization Monitoring), and ITAM (IT Asset Management). Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems. Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and team members. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on implementing new modules. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture. Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. Experience with ServiceNow modules: SPM, ITSM, ITOM, GRC-CAM, and ITAM. Familiarity with web services, APIs, and integration technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ServiceNow Certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are required.
