To manage the customer delivery / expectations and the technical team. 2. To design and develop solution for product / project and sustenance delivery. 3. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology. 4. To guide and mentor a team of developers for successful delivery of project. 5. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements. Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 15 years' experience in IT & hands on Technical Manager in Java/J2EE background including a minimum of 8 years in API (Restful Webservices) and micro services development, using leading methodologies and processes. Proficient and technical expertise in Spring framework, Springboot, Structs, OR equivalent frameworks. Proven experience in technical project management, technical solution, and planning to wide range across the technology. Proficient in JavaScript, JQuery, HTML , React.JS, Redux frameworks. Proficient with Openshift/Kubernetes/Docker/ Containers Professional experience prior working in Agile methodologies & insurance domain exposure. | Experience | 13-17 Years | Skill (Primary) | Modern Application Development-NUI (Channel Apps)-React.js | Buy Rate Vendor | $65 C2C | Other Requirement | Position is accepting candidates interested working from Onsite all 5 days (work from Office).
