Job Title :- Sql developer with power builder Duration :- 6+ Months Location :- Local Lansing, MI ( Hybrid) Visa :- NO H1B,CPT Interview :- Virtual Summary: Looking for a PowerBuilder Developer and IT Analyst with a strong background specialized in PowerBuilder Development (version 7 or higher) and possess advanced skills in TSQL query writing for Sybase and MS SQL Server databases. Day to day activities include data management, source control (TFS/Azure DevOps, GIT), unit testing, documentation, testing, production support, change management, software development and data integrity. Minimum Qualifications: Some college preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline PowerBuilder Development (version 7 or higher) Work in a hybrid office Willingness to learn Required Skills: PowerBuilder Developer : Research and modify PowerBuilder source code to document the steps the application uses with data (PowerBuilder Development (version 7 or higher)) - 5+ years of experience T-SQL Query Writing - Resource must have a high level of SQL query writing skills to write complex queries to pull data from a Sybase and MS SQL Server database - Must have experience developing processes to extract and manipulate data to support data migration and data cleansing of application data. 10+ years of experience Must have experience developing processes to extract and manipulate data to support data migration and data cleansing of application data - 10+ years of experience Data Management - Must have experience in performing data profiling, data mapping, data manipulation, validation, and analysis - 10+ years of experience Source Control - Must have experience working with source control technologies such as TFS/Azure DevOps, or GIT - 5+ years of experience Unit Testing - Must have experience documenting and performing unit testing to support program changes - 10+ years of experience Documentation - Must have experience creating, updating, and maintaining documentation for programs, system specs, and flow diagrams - 10+ years of experience Testing - Must be able to work with the client and/or Business Analyst to support test scenarios - 5+ years of experience Production Support - Analyze and document identified problems to determine root cause and provide root cause analysis - 5+ years of experience Change Management - Follow change management procedures and provide input to execute changes - 5+ years of experience Top Skills & Years of Experience: Resource must have a high level of SQL query writing skills to write complex queries to pull data from a Sybase and MS SQL Server database.
