Expertise required in Databricks, Data Science, Azure Data Lake, ML/Kube/Sagema/Azure ML Admin, and Azure ML Studio. Role requires onsite work during day shifts with no travel involved. Proficiency in English is essential. Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex data science projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Utilize Azure ML and Databricks to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and data pipelines. Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, analysts, business stakeholders) to translate business requirements into data science solutions. Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering continuous learning and development. Stay up-to-date with advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies, applying them to improve models. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of data solutions. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data architecture and machine learning models. Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and methodologies. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Qualifications: Extensive experience in Databricks and Azure Data Lake. Strong knowledge of data science and machine learning principles. Hands-on experience with ML/Kube/Sagema/Azure ML Admin and Azure ML Studio. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking). Strong collaboration and communication skills. Track record of mentoring and guiding junior team members.
