The ideal candidate will have experience working with Fortinet Firewalls, Blue Coat, F5, GigaMon, InfoBlox, NetApp, and Google Cloud Networking. This role requires strong automation skills with certifications or experience in Python, Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools. A CCIE certification is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage enterprise and cloud-based network infrastructures, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability. Configure and optimize Cisco networking solutions, including routing (BGP, OSPF), switching (VLANs, mLAG), and security (NAT, ACLs). Maintain and troubleshoot Fortinet Firewalls, Blue Coat, F5 load balancers, GigaMon, and InfoBlox solutions. Oversee IP address management (IPAM) and ensure efficient allocation of network resources. Enhance Google Cloud Networking architectures with best practices in security, redundancy, and performance. Implement and manage NetApp storage networking solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other network services. Develop and automate network configurations using Python, Terraform, Ansible, or other automation tools. Monitor network performance and security, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new initiatives, troubleshoot complex issues, and enhance overall network efficiency. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging networking technologies to drive continuous improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications CCIE certification (or equivalent experience) is highly preferred. Extensive experience with Cisco networking, including BGP, OSPF, Multicast, mLAG, NAT, VLANs, and IPAM. Strong expertise in Fortinet Firewalls, Blue Coat, F5, GigaMon, InfoBlox, and NetApp. FIXED INCOME EXPERIENCE (within the financial services industry) Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Networking and cloud-based network architectures. Proficiency in network automation using Python, Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools. Deep understanding of network security principles, performance tuning, and troubleshooting methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
