Hello Professionals, We have openings for: Product Manager Location: 100% onsite in either Plano TX, Chicago IL or Jersey City NJ Contract JD: Experience Level: 10 Years, 5 years as Product Manager Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with IT industry experience of 10 years, of which at least 5 years is in Product Management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully handling multiple stakeholders and managing end-to-end product life cycle. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research and stakeholder inputs. Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, risk and legal to ensure successful product development and launch. Own, maintain, and develop product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition Create and maintain detailed product documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications. Required Qualifications and skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in Banking/Financial Services digital transformation. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities with ability to drive initiatives independently, solving dependencies and ambiguities. Hands-on approach, willing to dive into the details and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, with the ability to balance multiple perspectives and priorities. Experience with onsite-offshore delivery model, with proven capability to independently drive the shared goals of a team based in various geographies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely. Technical depth to understand the internal and external system dependencies Proficiency in tools such as Jira, confluence Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
