The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the FSL data model and strong mobile flow experience to design and implement scalable field service solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyze project requirements and design Salesforce Field Service solutions. Leverage deep expertise in FSL data model to optimize field service processes. Develop, configure, and enhance mobile workflows for field service operations. Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration with other Salesforce modules and third-party systems. Provide technical guidance, best practices, and recommendations for FSL implementation and customization. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges related to mobile flow and FSL configurations. Required Skills & Experience: E xperience as a Solution Consultant/Architect in Salesforce Field Service (FSL/SFS). Strong expertise in FSL data model and mobile flow design. Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL). Proficiency in designing mobile solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. Experience working on Lumen Mobile projects is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
