Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements. Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth execution of deliverables. Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices. Be able to teach simple agile concepts to teams Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment, promoting open communication and trust. Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and teams to ensure alignment and manage dependencies.
