Job Title: Appian Developer Location: North Quincy, MA/Onsite Role Description: Responsible for leading the team and getting work done from team. Preparing project documents, sequence diagram, class diagram. Coordinated with clients for requirement analysis & discussion and application development Supported End to End testing, UAT. Tracking project scope and progress as per scrum time and schedule, assigning tasks to team members, managing stakeholder communication, addressing project roadblocks, updating project documentation, conducting status meetings, communicating with different teams for achieving the project planned task on time. Tracking and updating the work status in Jira tool. reporting the bug to team and fixing the bugs in my plates. Doing the code review with team members. Qualifications Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Appian development. Experience in the capital market domain is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of software Development methodologies, tools, and processes. Familiarity with SQL, DML/DDL, Stored procedures, Views, Triggers, Index etc. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
