We need candidates with substantial experience in AI/ML and PLM, additionally must have worked with Manufacturing domain Job Description: Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team for an AI/ML-based project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, excellent client communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI/ML solutions. Project Delivery: Oversee the delivery of AI/ML projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and are completed on time and within budget. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to design and validate AI/ML solutions that meet business needs. Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis skills to interpret and present data insights to clients and stakeholders. Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and project plans. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables through thorough testing and validation processes. Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients and end-users to ensure successful adoption of AI/ML solutions. Qualifications: Experience: 12-15 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on AI/ML projects. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Skills: Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
