ON C2C JOB DESCRIPTION AWS Cloud Engineer V The AWS Cloud Engineer V will be pivotal in defining and implemen Secure architecture within our public cloud environment. The ideal candidate has experience in modern cloud praciden experience to ensure success in our transforma DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Hands-on role, providing technical leadership, responsible for the realization of AWS cloud strategy including infrastructure, machine learning and artificial intelligence platform services. Responsible for the delivery of technical cloud strategies at scale leveraging Python, Golang and Terraform tooling, promoting infrastructure as code to accelerate our cloud program. Build cloud-native services to support application teams and contribute to the development of cloud infrastructure automation. Support application teams in leveraging cloud based artificial intelligence platforms and services, enhancing internal customer experiences. Create and maintain technical documentation for the team to reference and share with our internal customers Provide technical support to regulatory agencies, external auditors, and internal auditors, as required, to respond to audits and examinations of the Bank's control environment. Mentor and develop the skills of junior team members through coaching and training. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Bachelors degree in computer science/information systems or comparable with 8+ years of relevant experience Demonstrated proficiency in Python and Golang coding languages Demonstrated proficiency in Infrastructure as Code best practices and strong experience with building complex Terraform modules for AWS cloud. Demonstrated experience with AWS organizations and policy guardrails (SCP, AWS Config) Demonstrated experience with AWS native networking services and cloud DNS inclusive of TGW, VPC, DXGW, NLB, GWLB Experience deploying production applications into cloud environments Experience with RESTful APIs and scripting Classifica(on: Internal Use AWS certification(s) is required Experience with Git, AWS CodeBuild and CodePipeline, serverless technologies, containerized workloads and Jenkins orchestration is a plus Financial industry experience is a plus.
