Reach me at [email protected]) if you want to apply for the below role: Position: UKG Senior Consultant Location: Remote Type Long Term Job Description: Experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) implementations and enhancements will be given preference over just Workforce Central experience. Minimum of 15+ years of experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), UKG Workforce Central and/or or ADP eTime versions 7.0 and higher. Ability to configure UDM/WDM servers and assist client in developing a plan for deploying UKG clocks (4500 and InTouch 9000/9100/ DX terminals). Knowledge of Advanced Scheduler, Forecaster, Mobile, and Analytics Experience implementing and configuring UKG/Kronos Accruals & Absence Management modules. Knowledge of Activities and other UKG Pro WFM modules will be an added plus. Knowledge of developing and/or supporting interfaces using Boomi for UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions). Knowledge of full life cycle of a project including gathering detailed requirements, being able to develop a design and then building of the design to deliver the solution to the client and then provide support. This role requires complete domain expertise of UKG Pro WFM suite of products and hence the requirement for excellent consultative and communication skills to interact with business users and client management. Ability to work in complex technology environments requiring a multi-product solution, as well as product integration of legacy systems. Oversee the development and maintenance of geospatial databases and ensure data integrity. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on geospatial projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate geospatial data with other business systems. Conduct thorough analysis of geospatial data to identify trends and insights. Develop and implement strategies to optimize geospatial data usage and improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in geospatial data management. Monitor and evaluate the performance of geospatial systems and recommend improvements. Prepare and present detailed reports on geospatial data analysis and project progress. Train and mentor junior engineers on geospatial technologies and methodologies. Stay updated with the latest advancements in geospatial technologies and incorporate them into projects. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their geospatial data needs and provide tailored solutions. Manage multiple geospatial projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Qualifications Possess a strong background in Kronos Workforce Accruals, Attendance, and Timekeeper with at least 12 years of experience. Demonstrate proficiency in geospatial data analysis and database management. Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends. Have a proven track record of successfully leading geospatial projects from conception to completion. Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks with competing priorities. Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues in geospatial data management. Hold a relevant certification in geospatial technologies or Kronos systems. Demonstrate the ability to train and mentor junior team members effectively. Have experience in preparing and presenting technical reports to stakeholders. Show a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in geospatial data management.
