No H1B Job Title: Technical Program Manager (TPM) Networking Technologies Location: Mountain view, CA(hybrid) Job Type Contract C2C/W2 Networking Technologies is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and execute complex networking projects that drive innovation, efficiency. As a TPM, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategies, develop roadmaps, and ensure the successful execution of high-impact networking programs. Key Responsibilities: Partner with core teams to develop long-term strategic plans and tactical roadmaps for networking technology initiatives. Lead global networking programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility. Utilize technical judgment to facilitate project delivery, conduct technology reviews, and optimize engineering workflows. Define and track project/program success criteria, setting measurable milestones and performance benchmarks. Manage relationships with technical vendors, ensuring quality and efficiency in service delivery. Work closely with network engineers, software engineers, and operations teams to develop scalable solutions for network data, control, and management plane software. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive issue resolution. Effectively communicate program updates, technical trade-offs, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of experience in technical program management within a networking or software engineering environment. Strong experience managing networking projects, including global network deployments and network management software development. Knowledge of networking protocols, data plane, control plane, and management plane software architectures. Hands-on experience with network infrastructure, cloud networking, SDN (Software-Defined Networking), and large-scale distributed systems. Proven ability to lead large, complex technical programs at a global scale. Strong experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and external partner collaborations. Expertise in agile methodologies, project planning tools, and program management best practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure networking solutions. Knowledge of machine learning applications in networking and network automation strategies. Strong technical background in software-defined networking (SDN), network security, and telemetry.
