Sr. Automotive Technical Project Manager Location : Hybrid , St Paris, OH Top Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Automotive Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee complex technical projects within the automotive industry, with a strong focus on EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) implementations and system integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive IT systems, project management, and stakeholder collaboration to drive successful delivery of technology-driven initiatives. Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in technical project management, IT, or engineering within the automotive industry. Strong experience with EDI standards and implementation, including X12, EDIFACT, API-based integrations. Proven track record in managing IT projects related to automotive manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics. Experience working with ERP (SAP, Oracle, Infor), PLM, and enterprise system integrations. Familiarity with data integration platforms, middleware, and cloud-based solutions (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, IBM Sterling). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Preferred Qualifications: PMP, CSM, or other project management certification . Experience with cloud integration solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Knowledge of automotive cybersecurity, compliance, and regulatory standards.
