The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excels in managing complex technology projects, and thrives in an agile environment. This role involves coordinating product releases, managing cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring smooth delivery of technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of digital product lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: Product Release Management: Own and facilitate the overall release process, ensuring alignment across products and teams. Manage release schedules, dependencies, and readiness activities across cross-functional groups. Provide clear and frequent status updates to stakeholders on progress and milestones. Leverage data-driven insights to enhance release effectiveness and improve customer experience. Technical Initiative Delivery: Drive implementation planning, testing, and go-to-market execution for key technology initiatives. Support project planning, risk management, and process improvement efforts. Track project progress, manage escalations, and ensure successful project execution. Project Coordination & Communication: Develop project communications, including status reports, stakeholder updates, and escalation tracking. Align expectations across disciplines for seamless product delivery. Engage in difficult conversations to drive positive, actionable outcomes. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Technical Delivery Management, IT Project Management, or Program Management. 3+ years of experience managing digital product/service delivery in an agile environment. Strong expertise in release planning, cross-team coordination, and stakeholder communication. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills. Strong proficiency in IT project and portfolio lifecycle management. Preferred Skills: Experience working in highly distributed teams. Prior experience with Starbucks or similar enterprise environments. Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and DevOps methodologies.
