The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM Analytics, formerly known as Einstein Analytics, to develop powerful business intelligence solutions. This is an onsite position that requires the candidate to be present at our Austin location. H1B visa candidates are welcome to apply, and visa sponsorship is available for qualified individuals.Key Responsibilities: Salesforce CRM Analytics Development: Design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics to support business decision-making processes. Data Integration: Integrate various data sources into Salesforce Analytics, including data from Salesforce CRM, external databases, and third-party APIs. Dashboard and Reporting: Develop interactive and user-friendly dashboards and reports for business users, leveraging Salesforce CRM Analytics to visualize key metrics and KPIs. Data Modeling: Create and manage data models to support the analytics requirements of business units, ensuring data quality, integrity, and availability. Customization: Customize and extend Salesforce CRM Analytics features to meet specific business requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements and ensure that the developed solutions meet business needs. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide troubleshooting and support for existing Salesforce Analytics applications, resolving any performance or data issues. Best Practices: Follow best practices for analytics development and ensure that the developed solutions are scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
