The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Python development with a strong focus on building scalable, high-performance applications. This is an onsite position and requires the candidate to be based in Austin. We are open to H1B candidates, and visa sponsorship is available for qualified applicants.Key Responsibilities: Python Application Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable and high-performance applications using Python and related technologies. Backend Development: Work on server-side development using Flask, Django, or similar Python web frameworks. API Development: Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate external services. Data Processing & Integration: Develop solutions for data ingestion, transformation, and storage using Python for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Database Integration: Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis. Testing & Debugging: Write unit tests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure code quality using pytest, unittest, or similar testing frameworks. Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, data engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth integration and delivery of applications. Optimization: Optimize Python applications for performance and scalability. Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions. Agile Methodology: Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of experience with Python development. Strong experience with Python frameworks like Flask, Django, or similar.
