Troubleshoot performance and operational issues within the VCF stack. Ensure security best practices and compliance across virtualized environments. VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM): Design and implement disaster recovery (DR) solutions using VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM). Configure and manage vSphere Replication and storage-based replication. Develop and maintain DR runbooks and failover/failback procedures. Conduct periodic disaster recovery testing and validation. Optimize SRM configurations for high availability and minimal downtime. Integrate SRM with cloud-based DR solutions (VMware Cloud on AWS, Azure Site Recovery). Monitor and troubleshoot SRM-related issues, ensuring DR readiness.
