Job Description -
Job Title:                       SAP FSM, Service Management (SM/CS)     
Location:                      California 
Travel:                        Hybrid 30% Travel to California
Duration:                    12mo

** Aerospace & Defense Experience required. 

** Must have: 
         A&D ( Aerospace & Defense / Government)  industry exp.  
         Hands-on: 
o    SAP FSM - (Field service Management)
o    SAP Service Management (SM)
o    SAP Customer Service (CS)
         Proven hands-on SAP S/4 HANA
JOB DESC:  

Key Requirements:
10+ years SAP FSM CS/SM implementations
Expertise in SAP S/4HANA integration with modules such as SD, PM, CS, MM, EWM.
Strong experience in field service workflows, scheduling, workforce optimization, and mobile service execution.
SAP BTP, IoT, predictive maintenance, Procore/SAP CPQ integrations is a plus.
Lead solution design, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption strategies.
Consultant works closely with our delivery team and the client to ensure a seamless SAP FSM implementation, 
driving best practices and efficiency in service execution, technician scheduling, field operations.

Configuration & Implementation:

Configure & implement SAP FSM  
Configure & implement SAP Service Management (SM)  
Configure Customer Service (CS) and SAP S/4HANA Service.
Integration of SAP SM with (MM, SD, PM), 3rd party systems 

Support & Troubleshooting:
Level 2 and Level 3 support, troubleshooting for service order management
Maintenance planning, warranty management, repair processes.
Conduct root cause analysis for issues, proposing effective and timely solutions to minimize disruption.
Work with onshore teams and client stakeholders to resolve incidents and improve system performance.

Testing & QA  
Create test scripts and perform end-to-end testing of SAP SM configurations
Ensure all configurations meet project and client requirements.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Assist end-users with test execution, capturing results, and resolving any identified issues.

Documentation & Training  
Prepare documentation for configurations, customizations, user guidelines.
Conduct training sessions for client teams on new functionalities, process changes, and best practices in service management.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 10+ years SAP Service Management or Customer Service (CS),
Hands-on - SAP S/4HANA Service and integration with other SAP modules.  
Experienced in offshore delivery models, including collaboration with onshore counterparts
