Managing periodic governance and reporting. Team Management, Customer management, knowledge management. Coordination with manufacturing site, contextualize shop floor operations, understand & support customers manufacturing & business processes. SLA and KPI management, ensuring uptime and application availability. Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities. Techno-Functional Analysis and impact assessment of a change and new requirements, provide efficient and optimum solution to complex business problems Ability to provide product and technical guidance on Opcenter applications to team members.
