The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce CRM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other business applications, and optimizing the customer relationship management system to improve business performance and drive customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment and support. Configuration & Customization: Customize Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, including workflow automation, reporting, dashboards, and data models. Integration: Integrate Salesforce CRM with other systems (ERP, marketing tools, external databases, etc.) to ensure data consistency and seamless workflows. Apex Development: Develop and deploy custom solutions using Apex code, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Data Management: Ensure efficient data management, including data migration, data cleansing, and maintaining high-quality customer data within Salesforce. User Support & Training: Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper user adoption. Develop and deliver training materials for end-users. Salesforce Administration: Manage day-to-day administration tasks, including user management, security settings, and platform upgrades. Process Automation: Automate business processes using Salesforce tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules. Reporting & Dashboards: Create advanced reports and dashboards to provide business insights and help decision-makers improve sales strategies and customer relationships. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues, apply patches, and perform regular system updates to keep Salesforce running smoothly. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, support, IT) to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives. Best Practices & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and compliance with industry standards (GDPR, data privacy regulations).
