Hi, One of our client is looking for Business Analyst for the Location Remote ( Philadelphia PA) Role : Business Analyst Location : Remote ( Philadelphia PA) : CTS Experience : 12 Years Job summary : We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Databricks Workflows, Databricks SQL, and PySpark. Experience in the Payer domain is a plus. Required Skills : Pyspark, Databricks Workflows, Databricks SQL Certifications Required : Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark Responsibilities : - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and maintain Databricks Workflows to streamline data processing. - Utilize Databricks SQL to create and manage complex queries. - Implement Pyspark scripts for data transformation and analysis. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity. - Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. - Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies. - Monitor and optimize data workflows for performance and efficiency. - Create detailed documentation for data processes and workflows. - Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure data quality. - Support end-users with data-related queries and issues. - Participate in project planning and execution to meet business objectives. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. -Qualifications - Possess strong technical skills in Databricks Workflows, Databricks SQL, and Pyspark. - Have experience in the Payer domain is a plus. - Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills. - Show proficiency in data governance and security practices. - Display the ability to work in a hybrid work model. - Have a minimum of 8 years and a maximum of 12 years of relevant experience.
