Work Location: Remote Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced *Senior OpenText Consultant/Architect* to lead the design, development, and optimization of *OpenText ECM (Enterprise Content Management) solutions. The ideal candidate should have **deep expertise* in OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM, and their integrations with enterprise applications such as *SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365*. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the *design, architecture, and implementation* of OpenText ECM solutions. - Develop, configure, and enhance *OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM, and Archive Server*. - Integrate OpenText with *SAP, SharePoint, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms*. - Implement advanced *workflow automation, document lifecycle management, and metadata strategies*. - Ensure *security, compliance, and scalability* of OpenText-based solutions. - Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Drive *best practices* in document management, records retention, and digital transformation. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Mentor and guide junior developers in OpenText technologies. Required Skills & Experience: - *8+ years* of experience in *OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM, Documentum, or Archive Center*. - Strong hands-on experience in *OScript, REST APIs, Web Services, and XML*. - Proficiency in *Java, JavaScript, SQL, and Power* for OpenText customizations. - Expertise in *OpenText Directory Services (OTDS) and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations*. - Experience integrating OpenText with *SAP, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce*. - Strong knowledge of *workflow automation, records management, and compliance policies*. - Experience working with *Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenText Cloud solutions* is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
