Define technical strategy, best practices, and coding standards for Python-based solutions. Lead and mentor engineering teams in designing and implementing complex architectures. Oversee end-to-end application development from planning to deployment. Drive the adoption of microservices, API-first development, and cloud-native technologies. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align technology with business objectives. Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and security in applications. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Required Skills & Experience: 14-18 years of experience in software development and architecture. Extensive experience with Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.). Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proven experience in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous processing. Expertise in databases (SQL & NoSQL - PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis). Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.). Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc. Strong knowledge of security best practices in application development. Hands-on experience with distributed systems and performance optimization. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AI/ML-based Python applications is a plus. Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, Vue.js) is a bonus. Prior experience working in FinTech, HealthTech, or SaaS-based environments. Certifications in AWS, GCP, or Azure are a plus.
