Non local Best Candidate also Consider If they will relocate or travel that is fine Must have strong MDM experience and pretty solid experience in Oracle Fusion and possibly Oracle EBS environments. they must be able to be onsite ideally day one but possibly some time for travel and arrangements if leaving another project. Global engineering and environmental services company is starting a greenfield implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Cloud ERP) and is building a new team to support the program. This global implementation will begin in Q1 2025, with the current implementation schedule expected to continue through 2027. One of the critical areas for the ERP implementation is master data management (MDM). The company needs a consultant with in-depth knowledge of MDM design and implementation strategies and best practices. For this project, MDM experience and expertise is needed that is specific to supporting the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation. Primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Provide expertise in the establishment of MDM strategies, best practices, and technology solutions Lead the design and implementation of data governance policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across the organization Evaluate master data implications across multiple project workstreams and technology initiatives Design and implement data quality management and reporting mechanisms to identify and address data quality issues Establish policies and procedures for managing data assets, including data quality, data stewardship, and data security. Develop effective date pipeline strategies and technology recommendations Identify and recommend process improvements, technology upgrades, and emerging industry patterns to improve data quality, operational efficiency, and business innovation Design and implement strategies to effectively identify and correct inaccurate or inconsistent data across systems Required Skills and Experience 10+ years of IT industry experience 9+ years of experience with MDM design and implementation strategies and best practices 5+ years of experience with implementing and supporting MDM for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP 4+ years of experience with Oracle Customer Data Management and Customer Hub Demonstrated expertise with data governance frameworks, data quality management, and data security principles Critical MDM process knowledge and Oracle MDM expertise must include: Governance Quality management Integration Stewardship Cleansing Compliance Keywords: information technology Urgent requirement---Oracle Fusion Master Data Management--Hybrid-Houston, Texas [email protected] |
