The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of backend architecture, microservices, and Java technologies. You will be responsible for designing architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring the technical integrity of solutions in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Backend Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud-native technologies. Create architectural blueprints that align with business goals, ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure. Lead the design and integration of complex systems, including databases, APIs, and other backend components. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a collaborative, high-performance development culture. Collaborate with frontend teams, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to align architecture and design across the tech stack. Microservices & Cloud Solutions: Design and build microservices-based architectures for seamless scalability and flexibility. Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) to design cloud-native applications and services. Architect solutions to work seamlessly in containerized environments, utilizing Docker and Kubernetes for orchestration. API Design & Integration: Design RESTful APIs and ensure they are efficient, secure, and easily consumable by frontend and external services.
