Job Title: Embedded AUTOSAR architecture with JAMA, DOORS Location: Milwaukee, WI (Onsite) Job Type: Contract C2C/W2 Role Description: Manage the creation, review and analysis of software requirements based on stakeholder requirement (system, software/hardware) Thorough understanding of automotive system, standards like ASPICE, ISO standards, functional/non functional requirements and interlinking among different SDLC phases In depth knowledge of hardware, software and their interface expectation, microcontrollers, and overall embedded system including communication Competencies: Requirements Engineering Experience (Years): 10 & Above Essential Skills: Experience in Automotive domain is desirable, Hands on experience of establishing structured and analysis of set of software requirements consistent with the system requirements and architecture including use cases, support info, functional & non-functional specifications, etc. for architecture, development and testing teams Thorough understanding of requirement elicitation techniques for based on technical feasibility by providing support information for development and by providing verification criteria for testing. Excellent business communication skills with client/stakeholder including internal team co-ordination Knowledge of ASPICE Processes Knowledge of different ISO standards e.g. ISO 14229, ISO 26262, IEC61508, cybersecurity. UDS standards etc. Excellent exposure on BMS system and its different modules Hands on experience on handling Hardware software interface specification including operating environment Hands on experience on standard requirement management tool e.g. JAMA, DOORs, IBM tool chain including knowledge of UML stereotypes Understanding of Bi Directional traceability with design, development, testing, release activity and artifact preparation. Knowledge of different principles of requirement management, planning and execution with SRS verification methods for audits preparation. Understanding of process of creation of software architecture and design of software from SRS. Experience with the version control system like Git, Azure, etc. and bug tracking tool like JIRA Exposure on embedded system with communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, I2C, I2S, SPI, Ethernet, UART etc Knowledge of Unit, integration and qualification, user acceptance testing Desirable Skills: Knowledge AUTOSAR architecture, Understanding modelling tool, programming languages will be added advantage knowledge on debugging and resolving issue along with RCA. CR handling, new work proposals creation and demonstration. Good Team building and co-ordination.
