Position: Platform Admin Location: Hybrid - Columbus, OH Duration: Contract till end of the year Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Platform Admin to manage and optimize metadata infrastructure within the ASG Data Intelligence Admin team. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy and accessibility, collaborating with stakeholders to define metadata management needs, and configuring the ASG toolset for data governance and integration. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain ASG Data Intelligence tools (Rochade, Becubic, etc.). Install and upgrade platform components and scanners. Manage global search and indexing services. Gather metadata requirements from cross-functional teams and align them with business goals. Configure ASG tools to meet metadata management needs. Develop metadata standards and policies. Administer business glossaries and user roles. Conduct metadata quality assessments and implement fixes. Troubleshoot production issues. Identify and address continuous improvement opportunities. Communicate progress and blockers with leadership. Train and support end-users on best practices and tool usage. Stay updated on industry trends in metadata management. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in metadata management, data governance, and data quality. Experience with data governance frameworks, ETL processes, and database design. Strong understanding of metadata concepts, standards, and the data lifecycle. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in metadata management or ASG Data Intelligence. Experience administering ASG Data Intelligence (Rochade, Becubic). 2+ years of API development experience.
